## How it works
1. Find products and Shopify variant ids via the store's own catalog tools (https://watersoftenerplus.com/.well-known/ucp)
   or product pages (/products/<handle>.json).
2. Call request_offer. With no target you get our offer; ask again for a better one (up to 3 rounds).
3. To accept a counter, call request_offer again with target_total equal to the offered total.
4. Accepted deals become a Shopify invoice for the exact items, valid 48 hours; the buyer pays through Shopify checkout.

## Rules
- Orders under $500 are sold at list price. Automatic volume discounts at checkout: 3% at $2,500+, 5% at $5,000+.
- Products over $8,000 (and $0 items) are quote-only: the owner replies personally by email.
- Fair pricing: every buyer gets the same order-based rules; no personal data is used to set prices.
  This is an automated agent. Add "test": true to any request_offer/request_contact call while integrating
  (no invoices, no owner alerts). REST writes accept an Idempotency-Key header; 429s carry Retry-After.
- Price matching is not automatic. Limits: 6 requests per buyer and basket per 48 hours; 120 requests per 10 minutes per IP.
